KIBELA POLISHING CLOTH AND PRODUCT CARE

Each piece of KIBELA Sterling Silver jewellery comes with its own polishing cloth and jewellery pouch for storage. To remove tarnish, gently polish with the provided cloth and finish by buffing with the outer cloth. Keep your KIBELA jewellery in the pouch provided when not being worn. Sterling Silver is a relatively soft precious metal which can be scratched or marked if exposed to abnormal and harsh conditions. While most gemstones are hard rock or organic material, a sudden blow can cause a chip, fracture or break. We recommend that you always remove your jewellery prior to engaging in any activity that will expose it to chemical, impact or rough surface usage.

KIBELA does not recommend the use of chemically treated cloth, or other abrasive materials on the following items; amber, coral, emerald, ivory, jade, nephrite, lapis, malachite, opal, pearl or turquoise.

KIBELA Sterling Silver jewellery is guaranteed for life against manufacturing defects. Defective product will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of KIBELA, by an authorized KIBELA jeweller, at no charge to the original purchaser. A copy of your stamped Certificate of Authenticity, KIBELA warranty card and proof of purchase must accompany product return for warranty service.
